Attorney (Foreclosure Defense)
Legal Services of New Jersey, a statewide non-profit organization that coordinates the state’s Legal Services system, providing free legal representation in civil matters to people with low incomes, seeks an excellent attorney for a new position in its Foreclosure Defense Project. The attorney will provide legal representation to low-income consumers in defending potential foreclosures of residential property and related consumer protection proceedings.

We are looking for a person with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, especially in areas relating to consumer protection, foreclosure defense, and housing matters. Bankruptcy is a plus as is Spanish fluency.
