MIE offers consulting services to the executive directors and managers of programs which provide legal services to the poor.
MIE's goal is to provide legal aid fundraisers and executive directors with the training, consulting and networking opportunities that you need to increase resources for your program. MIE has served as search consultant to the Boards of Directors of more than a dozen legal aid programs, with budgets ranging in size from $2 million to $20 million. MIE’s search services include consultation with board and staff on values and vision for the organization, qualities and experiences needed in the next executive, compensation review, candidate screening and selection assistance, and post-hire planning. MIE will conduct an extensive search through outreach to legal aid program staff and related public interest networks. MIE’s services can be tailored to the particular needs of your organization. MIE has participated in the Annie E. Casey Foundation and CompassPoint’s Executive Transition Management training.
