Staff Attorney (Immigrant Children)
Legal Services of New Jersey, an Edison, NJ based non-profit that provides free civil legal assistance to low income New Jerseyans, has an immediate opening for a staff attorney to provide representation to unaccompanied minors and other immigrant youth. The strongest candidates will have related experience in immigration law, family law, and prior work with children. Fluency in Spanish is an extremely important additional capacity. This position will require some travel to the immigration courts in Elizabeth and Newark, New Jersey, and county superior courts throughout the state.
