LSNJ seeks an experienced attorney for its Health Care Access Project (HCAP). We provide direct representation to health care consumers from advice to full representation. We help our clients to access health care insurance coverage and services, inform and empower them in navigating the health care system. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to increased recognition of the importance of equity in health care access.

We are seeking a person passionate about health care justice with excellent analytical and advocacy skills and an interest in engaging in detail with individual clients as well as policy. Experience in Medicaid, especially long term care (MLTSS) applications, and other health law areas preferred. Spanish fluency is also a plus.
