Staff Attorney
Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia, a non-profit public interest law firm serving the poverty community in civil matters, seeks a staff attorney. A passion for justice and a commitment to poverty law is a must. Salary DOE plus excellent benefit package including Loan Repayment Assistance Program. Must be a member of the Virginia State Bar or eligible to waive in as a Virginia Legal Aid Counsel by having at least two years’ experience in good standing in another state bar.
