Staff Attorney
Alaska Legal Services Corporation has an opening for a full-time staff attorney in Southeast Alaska to start as soon as can be arranged. Position involves intake and casework for low-income Alaskans facing critical civil legal issues that impact their health, safety and stability. Location of position negotiable within Southeast Alaska.
Salary $53,208-$73,824 DOE. Generous benefits and leave package provided, including partial reimbursement of relocation expenses.
Applicants must be admitted to practice law in Alaska or admitted to practice in another state and eligible for an Alaska Bar Rule 43 waiver. Computer proficiency required (Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, Internet, e-mail and data entry).
