Staff Attorney
Legal Aid has positions open for full-time staff attorneys in its St. Joseph office. These positions will be assisting clients with a variety of cases, including consumer, housing, and family law. These positions are eligible for a monthly $100 stipend for any successful candidate that will travel over 40 miles to the office. These positions also offer flexible scheduling and possible remote work opportunities.

Salary: $48,204 DOE.

The qualified candidate must have the following: a Missouri law license; excellent written and oral communication skills; and a desire and commitment to assist in the delivery of high quality legal assistance to low income clients. Courtroom experience preferred, but not required.
