Managing Attorney

Our client, Legal Services of North Dakota in Bismarck, ND seeks to hire a proven leader as its Managing Attorney. The Managing Attorney is responsible for overseeing the operations of the office, including case assignment, hiring, supervision and professional development of the law office staff, as well as budgeting, outreach and grant opportunities. The Managing Attorney provides legal services and handles complex legal situations.

Candidates will possess a Juris Doctorate and have three plus years experience with a law firm along with proven supervision. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills along with ability to gather information and use logic to identify a solution that meets the client’s needs is essential to this role. Sensitivity to client needs, empathy and understanding to client’s unique circumstance is crucial.
