Grants Data Coordinator
Legal Services of New Jersey, a non-profit organization that coordinates the statewide Legal Services network providing free civil legal assistance to people living in poverty, seeks a full-time Grants Data Coordinator to serve as the data collection and reporting specialist for a specific portfolio of LSNJ project grants. You will engage in qualitative analysis of grant data; oversee a portfolio of grants with responsibility of compliance reporting and grant monitoring including performance of contractual partners.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating with staff to ensure timeliness of grant submission and monthly grant reports, variance analyses as required and in consultation with Management and project attorneys.

Strongest candidates will have a BA/BS degree and experience with grants in a nonprofit environment; strong data analysis, excellent writing and communication skills, knowledge of program budgeting with an emphasis on grant compliance and outcome measurement; strong database and Microsoft excel/word skills. Experience working in a nonprofit institution preferably of comparable complexity and scale.
