Wisconsin Judicare, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director for its office located in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Wisconsin Judicare, Inc. is a non-profit civil legal aid organization funded by the federal Legal Services Corporation, the Wisconsin Trust Account Foundation and other public and private sources. Its budget for 2020 is approximately $2.8 million with a current staff of 43 employees. Wisconsin Judicare provides civil legal services to low-income persons in the Northern 33 counties of Wisconsin, as well as the 11 federally recognized Indian tribes in Wisconsin. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must be an attorney licensed in Wisconsin in good standing or eligible to be licensed within one year of hire with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant legal experience.
The position will require day-to-day oversight of Wisconsin Judicare, including employment and supervision of staff members; setting fiscal policies pursuant to the Wisconsin Judicare, Inc. Board of Directors’ direction; managing grant compliance; submission of required reports, audits and tax returns; and ensuring appropriate fund balances are maintained.
SALARY
Starting salary depends upon experience and qualifications, with a minimum base salary of
$71,200/annually for a full time position, plus a full fringe benefits package currently consisting of health, dental, life, disability, 403(b) retirement plan, vacation and sick leave. This position will be open until filled. For maximum consideration, please apply as soon as possible.
