Chief Financial Officer
Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc. (Legal Services), a top-rated non-profit law firm serving the South Florida poverty community, is seeking a highly-motivated, experienced professional with a proven track record to fill the position of "Chief Financial Officer (CFO)”.
The CFO will report directly to the Executive Director and will play a critical role in Legal Services' overall financial strategy. Specifically, the successful candidate will provide strategic guidance, financial planning and analysis, as well as fiscal leadership. Further, as a business partner to the Executive Director and the leadership team, the CFO will assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and Legal Services' long-term strategy. The CFO will also develop tools and systems to provide critical financial information and key metrics to the Executive Director, leadership team and Board of Directors.

Salary/ Benefits:

Requirements:
Must be a licensed CPA and possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or business finance, supplemented by at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience as CFO or finance director, or a combination of education and experience that provides the equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities required. Non-profit experience is required.
