Attorney (SSI)
Legal Services of New Jersey has an immediate opening for an attorney to represent low-income clients in SSI/SSDIB matters throughout New Jersey, before the Social Security Office of Hearings and Appeals, the Appeals Council and federal court. While previous related experience will be highly valued, we will also consider hiring and training candidates with an excellent academic record and demonstrated commitment to assisting and advocating for low income people.
