If you are an immediate supervisor of legal work, including managing and supervising attorneys, litigation directors and executive directors. If you aspire to be an excellent supervisor in challenging real office situations

Tuesday, Dec. 10   – Trainers and participants arrive, trainer’s meeting held
Wednesday, Dec. 11 – day 1 of training
Thursday, Dec. 12 – day 2 of training
Friday, Dec. 13 – day 3 of training, ends at mid-day

Sessions and small work group exercises cover supervision systems, work plans, diversity, communication and performance feedback, leadership, project management and the supervisor’s role. Valuable time to meet and discuss challenges with your colleagues from around the country is provided as well.
