A board resource development committee can be an asset to your legal aid organization in expanding its fundraising reach. If you are considering launching a new development or fundraising committee, do you know where to begin? If you already have one, what are they doing effectively? Where are they falling short?

This session was presented by Andy Robinson (www.andyrobinsononline.com), who provides training and consulting for nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies. Over the past 27 years, Andy has worked with clients in 47 US states and across Canada.


Since the pandemic began in March 2020, he has designed and facilitated nearly 150 online meetings, webinars, and remote workshops covering a variety of topics, including fundraising, board development, marketing, leadership development, facilitation, planning, change management, and train-the-trainer programs.

Andy is the author of six books, including Train Your Board (and Everyone Else) to Raise Money, www.trainyourboard.com. His latest book is What Every Board Member Needs to Know, Do, and Avoid. He lives in Plainfield, Vermont.

Each registration fee covers one participant.
MIE Subscribers: $75
Special Board Member Rate MIE Subscribers: $50

Non-subscribers: $100

Special Board Member Rate Non-subscribers: $75

Additional Registration Information & Policies
Registration fees are non-refundable. MIE will provide a credit for the full amount of the registration fee, which may be used by any staff at your organization for any future MIE events (trainings, conferences, webinars) or MIE subscription payments. Credits do not expire. An event registration may be transferred to a colleague at the same program at no additional cost. In most cases, registration transfers may be made at any time prior to the start of an event. Please notify MIE of substitutions as soon as possible. If a registration transfer is not practicable, credit will be provided instead. Registrants who do not cancel before the start of an event will not be credited, however, they will receive access to the event recording and materials.
