We are pleased to announce Gretchen Upholt, MPA, lead consultant, of Fiscal Management Associates (FMA) as our keynote speaker. You may have caught Gretchen's excellent webinar on handling cash reserves earlier this year. Gretchen will open the conference with a 90-minute session on Financial Scenario Planning and open day two with 90 minutes on Dashboards: Tools for Effective Communication of Financial Information.
