Christine Assaf is an enthusiastic HR consultant with a passion for HR strategies and practices that drive performance and engagement! She serves Archbright as a Human Resources Consultant providing onsite consulting services to businesses and non-profits throughout western Washington and beyond. A leadership development professional with over 17 years experience in human resources, Christine holds a BS in Business Management, received an HRM certification at LSU as well as SPHR certification, and a master's degree at Colorado State University in Industrial and Organizational (Business) Psychology. Christine is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Director of Partnerships for the Seattle Society for Human Resources Management. 

Prior to joining Archbright, Christine held roles in Human Resources with large organizations like Waste Management, to small locally owned organizations like The Royal Standard and, as well as non-profits like the YMCA and even worked in radio for Cumulus Media. Christine has delivered and facilitated trainings and workshops all over the country. She is also an active a frequent conference speaker in both HR and technical groups and a certified DDI Trainer in Interaction Management®.

Christine is passionate about leadership development, organizational development, people strategies, and training & development. Employing her “in the HR trenches” experience, Christine quickly becomes a trusted counselor or adviser to our members and by collaborating and getting hands on with HR projects. Christine’s engages her analytical thinking, business acumen, innovation, and emotional intelligence to quickly become a commodity to any of our members. She is an experienced coach and counseled various levels of management (from senior leaders to first-time managers) on effective people strategies. Christine helps organizations with their “people problems” to achieve measurable results in turnover, increase productivity and ultimately better business outcomes.

Registration Information & Policies
Registration fees are non-refundable. MIE will provide a credit for the registration fee which may be used by any staff at your organization for any future MIE events (trainings, conferences, webinars) or MIE subscription payments. Credits do not expire. Late cancellations may be subject to a deduction in credit due to unavoidable charges incurred. Registrants who do not cancel before the start of an event will not be credited, however, they will receive access to the event materials or recordings. An event registration may be transferred to a colleague at the same program at no additional cost. In most cases, registration transfers may be made at any time prior to the start of an event. Please notify MIE of substitutions as soon as possible. If a registration transfer is not practicable, credit will be provided instead.
