Linda K. Rexer
Linda K. Rexer has been executive director of the Michigan State Bar Foundation since 1987. The Foundation provides grants for civil legal aid and manages the Access to Justice Fund. A former legal aid managing attorney, she is a founding member of the State Bar’s Access to Justice Task Force (now Justice Initiatives Committee) and received the State Bar's Michael Franck Award for her access to justice leadership.
Linda has served on various national and state groups, including the ABA Task Force to revise the civil provider standards and the ABA Commission on IOLTA. She is also a past president of the National Association of IOLTA programs and past Trustee of the National Conference of Bar Foundations. Currently, she is co-chair of the national IOLTA community's trainings committee and co-chair of Michigan's Solutions on Self-Help (SOS) Task Force, a statewide effort to develop and coordinate resources to assist the self-represented.
