Technology Initiative Grant Project Manager/Attorney

Description: 

Design and implement a centralized intake and helpline.  Duties will include but not be limited to the following:  Designing: call flow charts and call routing, intake and screening scripts for each area of the law, sample advice letters, referral resource manual, call center protocols including emergency protocols, staff training manual, outcome questionnaires, text messaging legal information which will be linked from the FRLS website, advertising plan and materials, scheduling of intake workers.  Duties will also include training of intake and helpline staff, preparing and meeting the reporting requirements of the grant and working with the Director of Finance to fulfill this responsibility.  Develop an advertising and marketing plan for the helpline.

Qualifications
Education, training, experience: 
Graduate from an accredited law school
Five or more years of combined legal services and/or related education experience.
Ability to advance the core values of the legal profession including competence, confidentiality, avoidance of conflicts and independent professional judgment.
Knowledge of the professional rules regulating the Florida Bar.
Knowledge and experience in the majority of the FRLS areas of practice
Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school.
Appreciation of the importance of the legal system, commitment to the mission of FRLS and compassion for the clients.
Good planning, organizational, interpersonal, creativity and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively, yet independently.
Knowledge of our Management System
Prior call center experience preferred.


Physical Requirements of the Position:
Must be able to drive vehicle.
Must be able to effectively communicate with peers, supervisors, clients and the public verbally and in writing.
Must be able to effectively work at in high pressure situations which involve deadlines.
