Office Administrator
The Metropolitan Maryland office of Maryland Legal Aid announces an immediate opening for an Office Administrator for qualified applicants.
Responsibilities:
Efficient and effective management of a large law office. Duties include: Supervising administrative staff; Handling public inquiries from clients, attorneys and third parties; Managing incoming telephone calls, incoming and outgoing mail and all correspondence; managingupkeep of office technology; Processing invoices; File maintenance; Serving as the facility liaison with maintenance concerns.
Qualifications:
A minimum of five years’ experience in an office setting; Superior supervisory and organizational skills; Ability to communicate in a respectful, courteous and professional manner; Proficient in Microsoft Office and office technology with minimum typing skills of 55 wpm; Ability to perform duties of positions supervised; Experience in law office procedures desired;Spanish bilingual language skills an asset.
