Migrant Staff Attorney
Description:
Full-time Migrant Attorney position within the Migrant Farmworker Unit of Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc. as a member of the bargaining unit, covered by the union contract. The unit offers services to migrant farmworkers and their families throughout the State of Florida, concentrating primarily on legal issue involving employment, housing, public benefit and civil rights.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is also desirable, but not required. Admitted or eligible to be admitted to the Florida Bar.
