Manager of Program Performance

Description: 

Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc. (ABLE), a Toledo based non-profit law firm that provides high quality legal assistance in civil matters to low-income individuals and groups, seeks a creative, energetic, and outstanding individual to serve as Manager of Program Performance. The Manager of Program Performance will provide project management support to ABLE and its affiliate law firm, Legal Aid of Western Ohio, Inc. (LAWO). The Manager will facilitate the planning, coordination, and monitoring of advocacy projects which include definition of the project scope, goals, and outcomes. The Manager will work closely with the ABLE and LAWO Advocacy Management Team to oversee the assessment and evaluation of the various advocacy projects. Travel required.

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in project management preferred with a minimum of 4,500 hours of experience leading and directing projects is required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required; experience or familiarity with nonprofit sector; proficiency in project management software; excellent research, writing, and analytical skills; and excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Salary depends on experience. Excellent benefits.
