Director of Litigation
To provide leadership, management, supervision and evaluation of the Arizona Center for Disability Law's (ACDL) legal and advocacy work. Currently, the ACDL focuses its legal and advocacy work in the areas of health, mental health, employment, special education, public accommodations, and housing. The Director of Litigation will directly supervise each attorney and advocate as well as other staff as assigned. The Director will also participate in hiring of staff, setting priorities, budgeting, and will be a member of the management team. Candidate must be admitted to practice in Arizona (or obtain a license in Arizona), have experience with disability rights law, and eight years of legal experience including three years of providing direct supervision of legal work.
