Chief Financial Officer/Finance Administrator

Legal Services of Northwest Jersey, a non-profit legal services corporation, seeks a CFO/Finance Administrator to manage its financial operations.  The CFO/Finance Administrator works closely with the Executive Director to plan fiscal strategies and develop budgets that reflect the organizational mission and program priorities, and directs the work of the Finance Team in the areas of finance, administration, and human resources.  In addition, the CFO/Finance Administrator manages operational cash flow and projections, performs bank and account reconciliations, handles grant administration for several complex grants, prepares financial statements for the Board of Trustees and performs other hands-on work in finance and administration.

Competitive salary and comprehensive benefit package.  LSNWJ seeks to fill the position by April 1, 2016 so that the successful candidate will work with and learn from the current Finance Administrator until her retirement at the end of May 2016.
