West Tennessee Legal Services, Inc. has an immediate opening for an attorney in each of its Huntingdon, TN (1 attorney), Selmer TN (1 attorney), and Dyersburg TN (1 attorney) offices. The attorneys will represent victims of domestic and sexual violence and/or intimate partner stalking in civil protection order and divorce cases, and provide legal advocacy on behalf of victims in various forums, including assertion of victim rights, and pursuit of benefits and resources. Litigation experience on behalf of domestic violence and/or sexual assault victims, and prior work with specialized client populations and/or ethnic or language distinct communities preferred. Excellent verbal, written, analytical, problem solving and computer skills are required. The positions require travel to multiple counties in WTLS’ service area.
