Attorney - Supporting Families Workgroup
QUALIFICATIONS
• Active membership in the California State Bar;
• Administrative experience in immigration matters before USCIS and EOIR;
• Litigation experience in State or Federal Court and preferably in family law or immigration proceedings;
• Demonstrated knowledge of domestic violence related family and immigration law preferred;
• Ability to deal with people tactfully and effectively;
• Demonstrated commitment to serving immigrant communities and survivors of domestic violence;
• Bilingual preferred.
